Fitness exercises you can do without equipment

I've recently been looking into exercises that you can do in your own home without the need for any exercise equipment, and today I'd like to share some of that with you. These videos were not made by me and I take no credit for their creation, but the information in them is interesting and I think some will benefit from it.

This first video focusses on core exercises, and shows some exercises near the end that require something to hang from. If you don't have access to something like that, you can skip some of the exercises at the end.

The next video contains bodyweight workouts that use your own bodyweight as part of the exercise routine. Personal trainer Stephen Cabral takes us through several exercises that would be great as part of any exercise program.

Finally, Duckyls7 brings us back to basics with some of the classic exercises that can be done at home without any equipment. Only one circuit is shown in the video, but it is recommended that you comeplete the exercises 2-4 more times, depending on your fitness level.
